Transit tour to Taipei

10/11/2020

How does a transit tour to Taipei looks like?

This is a sightseeing tour, which is organized only for transiting passengers. So if you don't have a stopover in Taiwan and you have at least 7 hours at the airport, be sure to take advantage of this offer and go to see at least a little bit of this beautiful country.

To take part in the transit trip, you must have a passport valid for at least 6 months, boarding passes, and an arrival card. You can register upon arrival at Taipei's Taoyuan Internation Airport at the "Tourist Service Center", which can be found in the arrival hall of Terminal 1 or Terminal 2. There are 12 seats on the bus, but the maximum capacity is 18 people. It's a bit like "first come, first served", so the sooner you go to register at the counter, the better for you. It is also possible to reserve a place in advance, but in this case, it is necessary to fill in the online registration form. You can choose from two possible sightseeing tours, but you can not take part in both trips during one of your transfers. There is little space in the minibus for any suitcases, so it is better if you store them at the airport.

1. MORNING TRIP - Sanxia-Yingge

(meeting at the Terminal 2 is at 8:15 am, at the Terminal 1 at 8:30 am, return to the airport is at 12:30 pm)

2. AFTERNOON TRIP - Taipei City

(meeting at Terminal 2 at 2:00 pm, at Terminal 1 at 2:15 pm, and returning to the airport at 6:15 pm)
