Creamy chicken with pineapple-Philippines

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of chicken (cut into smaller pieces)
  • 1 can of pineapple in a juice
  • 1 carrot
  • green pepper (replaced by red pepper in my version)
  • 2 potatoes
  • onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • can of coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoons of fish sauce 
  • black pepper

Instructions: 

First, fry the onion and garlic in a pan. Then add the chicken and also fry. When the chicken is a little brown, add the fish sauce and mix it. After about three minutes, add pineapple juice, mix it, cover and let it cook for 8-10 minutes. Then add chopped carrots and potatoes. Once the vegetables are soft, add pieces of pineapple, green pepper, coconut milk and let it boil again for 8-10 minutes. Add pepper and you can serve it.
