Bulgarian tarator

Traditional cold Bulgarian soup - Tarator
Ingredients:
- 100 g white yoghurt
- 1 or 2 cups of kefir
- Milk
- Water
- Cucumber
- 5-6 cloves of finely chopped garlic
- Oil
- Dill
- Salt
Tip: You can add nuts and vinegar if you want to have the soup sourer.
Instructions:
Simply mix all the ingredients and taste it according to yourself. Tarator is mainly served well chilled as an appetizer.
